Sara Ali Khan approached for Hindi Medium 2

Sara Ali Khan's debut film Kedarnath has yet not released in cinemas, but the actress is on the wishlist of many leading filmmakers of Bollywood. The latest we hear that the makers of the forthcoming film, Hindi Medium 2, have approached the newcomer to play a prominent part in the movie.

Hindi Medium 2 is a sequel to Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar's critically and commercially successful film, Hindi Medium, which hit the silver screen last year. Rumours about its sequel started doing the rounds right after the runaway success of the movie. However, the makers confirmed the sequel only recently when the movie won big at Filmfare Awards.

The makers of the film want Sara for the role of Irrfan Khan's daughter. Though the actress has not signed the film as yet, sources reveal she is leading the race to bag the role. “Sara is one of the top contenders to play the daughter,” reveals a source.

Hindi Medium 2 is being made by T-Series and Maddock Films.

Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan is currently busy with the shooting of her debut film, Kedarnath. Also starring Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role, the movie is scheduled to release on 23rd November.
