Meenakshi started her pageant journey with Fbb Campus Princess 2018, where she was crowned as one of the Patiala winners. She then auditioned for Femina Miss Haryana, which she won the title of. Meenakshi is a state level badminton player and swimmer. She is currently studying Bachelors in Dental Surgery. For fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2018, she represented her state Haryana. She finished as 1st runner up and later crowned as Miss Grand Internation 2018. Meenakshi also won the title of Miss Photogenic at the Femina Miss India competition.
