The young actor has signed a number of exciting projects in the past few months, including Dharma Productions’ much-talked-about comic-caper Dostana 2.

Besides Dostana 2, Kartik Aaryan already has Pati Patni Aur Woh and Aaj Kal in his pocket. While Pati Patni Aur Woh is currently being shot in Lucknow, Aaj Kal by Imtiaz Ali has been wrapped up recently. Besides all aforementioned projects, Kartik Aaryan is also in talks to headline T-Series Films’ Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

The latest we hear that the handsome star has reportedly given his nod to a new film. According to reports, filmmaker Ram Madhvani had given a script to Kartik, which the actor has readily agreed to do. Madhvani made his directorial debut with the award-winning movie Neerja in the year 2016.

“Kartik had another hit this year in the form of Luka Chuppi, and Madhvani was impressed by his work in that film. Kartik is also shooting for Mudassar Aziz’s Pati Patni Aur Woh opposite Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday. He is also working with Janhvi Kapoor in Dostana 2. In fact, he may reunite with two of these women and Sara in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 along with Akshay Kumar. Kartik has told Madhvani about his schedules and he will be working with the director if his dates permit,” says an industry source.

Well, with such interesting projects in his pocket, Kartik Aaryan has definitely become one of the most in-demand actors in Bollywood. What do you think?

You arrive in Kochi, and it feels like the sea air makes everything slightly sharper; faces in the city look purposeful, a film poster peels at the corner of a wall. In a city that has cradled a thriving film industry for decades, a single crime on the night of 17 February 2017 ruptured the ordinary: an abduction, a recorded sexual assault and a survivor who reported it the next day. What happened next is every woman’s unspoken nightmare, weaponised into brutal reality. It was a public unpeeling of an industry’s power structures, a slow-motion fight over evidence and testimony, and a national debate about how institutions protect (or fail) women.

For over eight years, her fight for justice became a mirror held up to an entire industry and a society. It was a journey from the dark confines of that car to the glaring lights of a courtroom, from being a silenced victim to becoming a defiant survivor whose voice sparked a revolution. This is not just the story of a crime. It is the story of what happens when one woman says, "Enough," and the tremors that follow.
