After Gunday, Ranveer-Arjun to join hands for No Entry sequel

Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor first came together for Ali Abbas Zafar's 2014 film Gunday. Though the movie was a moderate success at the box office, the audience liked the onscreen camaraderie of both the leading actors a lot. Soon, Ranveer and Arjun became best friends in real life as well, and keep being spotted together every now and then.

After Gunday, the audience wanted to see them in more films. They were even considered by many filmmakers for some projects together, including for the remake of Anil Kapoor and Jacky Shroff's blockbuster film Ram Lakhan, but things did not fall into place and we could not see the stars together ever again.


However, if latest reports are to be believed, Ranveer and Arjun might come together for a sequel to No Entry, which has been titled No Entry Mein Entry. Buzz has it that the makers are keen to sign both the actors for the sequel and take the franchise forward.

Earlier, superstar Salman Khan was meant to star in the film as he was part of its predecessor also, but that did not work out due to his busy schedule and prior commitments. After that Akshay Kumar's name was doing the rounds, but that could not happen either. Now, producer Boney Kapoor is looking at casting his son and Singh in the lead roles.

No Entry Mein Entry will be helmed by Anees Bazmee.

VETERAN actress and former Miss India, Swaroop Sampat-Rawal (pictured above), has been award­ed a fellowship by the University of Worcester.

Sampat-Rawal, who was crowned Miss India in 1979, rose to fame with her role in the Indian sitcom Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi. She later pursued a PhD in education at the University of Worcester, graduating in 2006. Her research focused on using drama to en­hance life skills in children with learning disabilities.
