Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday and Siddhanth Chaturvedi’s next to be shot in Goa

Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday, and Siddhanth Chaturvedi will be seen in Shakun Batra’s next which will be produced by Karan Johar. The untitled film was slated to start rolling in April this year, but due to the pandemic, the shoot was delayed.

Earlier, the makers were planning to shoot the film in Sri Lanka, but now, according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the shooting of the film will take place in Goa and it will start rolling in mid this month.

A source said, “The delay gave Shakun time to work on the script. Since shooting in Sri Lanka is not feasible, they changed the setting to Goa which has a similar landscape of beaches and vintage churches. An overseas shoot would depend on several factors, like travel protocols, shooting permissions, and the number of coronavirus cases in that country. It’s easier to shoot in India.”

“The entire team will be in Goa for over a month and will shoot at real locations. While Shakun flies off in a day or two for prep, the cast will join him around September 15,” added the source.

After the Goa schedule, the makers will shoot another schedule in Mumbai by the end of this year. The source also informs that the makers might shoot for a brief schedule abroad, but that decision will be taken after the Goa schedule.

Well, the movie is slated to release on Valentine’s Day next year. Let’s wait and watch if it will hit the screens as per the schedule.

Apple said Gemini offers the “most capable foundation” for its Apple Foundation Models, while allowing it to keep tight control over how AI features are deployed, as quoted in a news report.
