Badhiya, the first song from Sanju, to be out tomorrow

While the teaser and the trailer of the forthcoming film, Sanju, have impressed almost every Bollywood enthusiast, the audience is now waiting to see how the soundtrack of the biopic turns out. If you too have been waiting to hear and see the first track from the much-awaited flick, let me tell you your wait is going to end in a couple of hours from now as director Rajkumar Hirani has announced on Twitter that the first song from Sanju titled Badhiya is set to release tomorrow.

The first song from the soundtrack is going to be special as Ranbir Kapoor, who plays actor Sanjay Dutt, will be seen lip-syncing to a woman's voice. The glimpse of its hook line was given in the poster which was launched a couple of days ago, featuring Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor and read 'Main Badhiya, Tu Bhi Badhiya'. The song will be an ode to the yesteryear era of the 80s. Ranbir and Sonam will be seen dressed in retro outfits, giving us nostalgic feels of the 80s.


Written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Sanju also stars Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, and Dia Mirza amongst others. Produced by Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox Star Studios, the film releases on 29th June 2018.
