Well, maybe due to the lockdown, the movie was not officially announced, but today, Ayushmann took to social media to announce the film with a new title Doctor G.

The actor posted, “Opening soon for consultation.?‍⚕️ #DoctorG @jungleepictures @anubhuti_k @sumit.saxena.35912 @saurabhbharat @vishal.wagh21.”

Reportedly, Ayushmann will be seen playing the role of a gynaecologist in the film.

Well, now, we wait for the official announcement about the female leads of the film. If Bhumi is actually a part of the movie, then this will be her and Ayushmann’s fourth film together.

Talking about Ayushmann’s other movies, the actor is currently busy shooting for Abhishek Kapoor’s Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. The film also stars Vaani Kapoor in the lead role, and reportedly, the actress plays the role of a transgender in the movie.

The shooting of Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui is going on in Chandigarh which is Ayushmann’s hometown. This is for the first time when he is shooting for a movie in Chandigarh, and recently, the actor revealed that this year after a decade he will be celebrating Christmas and New Year’s with his family in the city.

While talking about it, Ayushmann had stated, “It’s been a decade since I last spent New Year with family in Chandigarh. I will be fortunate to spend Christmas and New Year with them this year and I know it will be priceless.”
