Amitabh Bachchan vs Abhishek Bachchan at the box office

Box office clashes are nothing new in Bollywood, but some of the clashes are quite interesting because sometimes they are between the films of two enemies or two good friends. But now, looks like it will be father vs son at the box office.

Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi starrer Chehre is slated to release on 21st February 2020 and today, the makers of Anurag Basu’s next announced the release date of their multi-starrer which is also 21st Feb 2020. Interestingly, Basu’s film stars Abhishek Bachchan as one of the leads. So for now, it is Amitabh Bachchan vs Abhishek Bachchan at the box office. However, the release dates of movies keep on changing every week so it won’t be a surprise if this clash is averted.

Chehre is a thriller directed by Rumi Jaffery. It also stars Kriti Kharbanda and Rhea Chakraborty. On the other hand, Anurag Basu’s film is an action-comedy and apart from Abhishek Bachchan, the film stars Rajkummar Rao, Sanya Malhotra, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Both the movies look quite interesting and we are sure moviegoers are excited about it.

  • Tech firms will be forced to block such content or face heavy Ofcom fines.
  • Experts say the ban responds to medical evidence and years of campaigning.
