Alia Bhatt wants to be part of Judwaa franchise

Since her debut film Student Of The Year in 2012, Alia Bhatt has starred in a number of films belonging to different genres. However, we haven't seen her in a comic-caper. After watching David Dhawan's Judwaa 2, the actress eagerly wants to be part of Judwaa 3 if ever it is made.

Featuring Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee, Judwaa 2 is one of the highest grossing films of 2017. Alia, who debuted with Varun and has worked with the actor in three films so far, wants to do Judwaa 3.

“I always keep pestering Varun that I need to be a part of Judwaa 3. I have clearly shown my eagerness for performing in this film. It’s an amazing franchise and has done well even this time. Working in a comedy film and making the audiences laugh for sure isn’t an easy task”, the actress told a daily.

Though Alia is quite keen to work in a comedy film, she has no interest in doing a horror film. “I get scared watching horror films! All said and done, I hate entertaining people by scaring them. I feel there are many other genres via which audiences can be entertained. I don’t wish for the audiences to pay and get scared”.

Alia Bhatt’s next film Raazi with Vicky Kaushal is scheduled to release in May 2018. It will be a Meghna Gulzar directorial.
