1. ABCD: Any Body Can Dance

This dance drama film is directed and choreographed by choreographer Remo D'Souza. The film stars Prabhu Deva, Ganesh Acharya and Kay Kay Menon in lead roles.


Plot - After Vishnu (Prabhu Deva) is thrown out of his swank dance academy by his manipulative business partner, he considers giving up dancing. He sees a disparate group of street dancers and comes to a decision he will turn the dancers into India's best dance squad.

2. Dil Toh Pagal Hai

This is an Indian musical romance film directed by Yash Chopra. The film follows the love lives of the members of a musical troupe, in which two dancers played by Madhuri Dixit and Karishma Kapoor compete for the love of a choreographer played by Shah Rukh Khan.

Plot- Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan) is a dancer and the director of a dance troupe. His best friend Nisha (Karishma Kapoor), who is a member of his troupe, is secretly in love with him. But he gets attracted to Pooja (Madhuri Dixit), who is engaged to Ajay (Akshay Kumar).

3. Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi

This film is written and directed by Aditya Chopra and produced by Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra under the banner Yash Raj Films. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles.

Plot- After the wedding ceremony between Surinder Sahni (Shah Rukh Khan) and Taani (Anushka Sharma), Surinder discovers that his wife cares very little about him. So, when she decides to enter a dance competition, Surinder mask himself and joins the class and tries to befriend her. Taani soon falls in love with her new dance partner, Raj (Shah Rukh Khan), unaware that he is in-fact her husband.

4. Aaja Nachle

This film was directed by Anil Mehta and the film stars Madhuri Dixit alongside Konkona Sen Sharma, Jugal Hansraj, Akshaye Khanna and Kunal Kapoor in pivotal roles.

Plot - For dance instructor Dia (Madhuri Dixit), New York City has been home for 11 years. But when she's told her guru in India is dying, she rushes back to her village in India to be by his side and finds that he has passed away, leaving behind an endangered legacy: the Ajanta Theater. This theatre, where she learned to dance before emigrating, is in danger of being torn down by politicians, namely Raja Uday Singh (Kunal Kapoor). In an effort to save the theatre, Dia must prepare a production in two months.

5. Disco Dancer

This musical drama film is written by Rahi Masoom Raza and directed by Babbar Subhash. It stars Mithun Chakraborty in the lead role, with Kim Yashpal and Rajesh Khanna in supporting roles.

Plot - Anil's (Mithun Chakraborty) mother is falsely accused of theft and jailed. Anil swears to set this right one day. Years later, he becomes a big star and restores his mother's honour. Now his fame earns him more enemies.

National Trust brings Pokémon into the outdoors

The National Trust is turning some of its best-known gardens and estates into Pokémon adventure zones this summer with the launch of new family-friendly trails across England and Wales.

Beginning on 23 May during the May half-term break, the Pokémon-themed activities will run at 14 National Trust properties, including Speke Hall in Merseyside and Quarry Bank Mill in Cheshire.
