5 Bollywood films that set a major friendship goal


1. Dil Chahta Hai

This is one of the best films about friendship in recent times so we have to mention this on our list. This comedy-drama film stars Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Akshaye Khanna. The film was written and directed by Farhan Akhtar and it is set in modern-day urban Mumbai and Sydney and focuses on a major period of transition in the lives of three young friends. The film stars Kangana Ranaut in the lead role, with Lisa Haydon and Rajkummar Rao playing supporting roles. The films is a story about a girl Rani (Kangana Ranaut), an under-confident Punjabi girl from New Delhi embarks on her honeymoon to Paris and Amsterdam by herself after her fiancé calls off their wedding. And on that journey, how she meets new people and a friendship follows with it.

This is a story of a group of friends who find purpose in life while filming a documentary. Aamir Khan, Siddharth Narayan, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kapoor, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, starrer Rang De Basanti brought about a sort of revolution amongst the youth.
