Vidyut Jammwal on Khuda Haafiz: I was required to shed the action hero aura

Panorama Studios International is gearing up for the release of its next project Khuda Haafiz. The film will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on 14th August 2020. Directed by Faruk Kabir, the movie stars Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi in the lead roles.

The movie revolves around a common man on a mission to find his wife who’s gone missing in another country. The trailer of the film has received a great response and after watching the trailer we can say that the movie has been mounted on an international scale.

While talking about the movie, Vidyut said, “Working with Faruk was one of the highlights of my career. He has an incredible eye for cinema and I’m honoured that he trusted me with his vision. I was required to shed the action hero aura and unlearn years of martial arts training for the role. I had no qualms about it whatsoever because I had full faith in my director and my fans who have been very embracive of me.”

Writer-director Faruk Kabir added, “I have immense gratitude for the way Khuda Haafiz has turned out and the anticipation that it has garnered. I think Vidyut and the film will turn out to be quite a revelation and having the viewers watch the film in their own space will make it an intimate and personal experience for them. My producers and actors have backed me to the hilt and now I'm looking forward to the audience embracing this love story."

Abhishek Pathak of Panorama Studios International said, “It makes us (at Panorama Studios) very happy to have powered Faruk’s vision and to have offered it the canvas that it deserves. It is our endeavour to push the envelope on the content front and with Khuda Haafiz, we are doing just that.”

Khuda Haafiz is inspired by true events. We are sure fans of Vidyut Jammwala are super excited about the movie.

The disappearing human touch: why tech is becoming ‘too smart’ for its own good

Highlights:

  • Everyday tools are removing friction and nuance from human life.
  • Convenience is erasing effort, creativity and even curiosity.
  • Research warns that over-automation may leave people less engaged and less skilled.

The age of effortless living

Technology once stood for empowerment tools that helped people work faster, connect further and think bigger. But as systems have grown more autonomous, the sense of human involvement has quietly slipped away.

Today’s devices often act before we do. Search engines finish our questions, phones sort our photos into albums we never created, and email clients suggest replies before we have even read the message. What once required attention has become a string of automatic gestures: a swipe here, a tap there.
