Sidharth Malhotra starts shooting for his next Marjaavaan

Last seen in the Neeraj Pandey-directed espionage thriller Aiyaary (2018), Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra has started shooting for his next film, titled Marjaavaan. The film is being directed by Milap Milan Zaveri who recently delivered a massive hit in the form of Satyameva Jayate (2018) with John Abraham.

Marjaavaan is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series Films in association with Emmay Entertainment. Today, all the producers including Kumar, Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani came together for the mahurat shot of the movie.


The entire star cast of the film, including Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet Singh were also in attendance. However, actor Riteish Deshmukh, who plays a pivotal part in the flick, could not attend the function for some reasons.

Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra took to his twitter handle give his fans a glimpse of his look from the film. The Ittefaq (2017) actor plays an intense action hero in the movie.

The film is scheduled to hit screens on 2nd Oct 2019.
