Sara Ali Khan to be seen in an Imtiaz Ali directorial

Sara Ali Khan, daughter of popular actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is yet to make her Hindi film debut, but she is already so popular among cinephiles that her popularity can give even many established actors a run for their money.

The newcomer will be making her celluloid debut with Abhishek Kapoor’s much-talked about film Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. Soon after the release of Kedarnath on 7th December, Sara will follow it up with Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar’s cop action drama Simmba, which is slated to rock screens on 28th December.

The latest buzz has it that even before the release of her debut film and the second offering, the newbie has bagged her third film and that too with a filmmaker as talented as Imtiaz Ali. Reportedly, the untitled movie will also star Kartik Aaryan who is on cloud nine after the earth-shattering success of his last release Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018). It will be a romantic film.

“Both of Sara’s films – Kedarnath and Simmba – will release by December. After that, she will have enough time to attend script-reading sessions and rehearsals before she starts working on Imtiaz’s project. The film will be another intense love story with a slice-of-life element and a message running through the story.”

Well, the audience is always ready to see new pairs onscreen provided the film has some worth. If the news of Sara and Kartik teaming up for the first time is true, we are surely interested in the new project and its fresh pairing.

An official announcement is awaited.
