After making her smashing debut with Kedarnath (2018) and delivering a ₹ 200 crore film with the very next release Simmba (2018), Sara Ali Khan has become the latest toast of B-town. In the last couple of months, she has been offered more than a dozen projects, but the newcomer is yet to confirm her association with any of them.

The latest we hear that Sara was offered the female lead in acclaimed filmmaker Shoojit Sircar’s next directorial venture which features rising star Vicky Kaushal in the role of revered freedom fighter Udham Singh. However, the actress is believed to have turned down the offer.

According to reports, Sara Ali Khan did not take up the project as she thinks she will be overshadowed by Vicky Kaushal in the movie.

The newcomer is reportedly working with Imtiaz Ali on a film rumoured to be the second instalment of Love Aaj Kal (2008). Kartik Aaryan is playing the male lead in it.
