Ramesh Taurani’s daughter to foray into direction!

Another name has just been added to the list of star kids who are set to make their big Bollywood debut in 2018. But unlike other star kids, the star kid we are talking about is making her debut behind the camera.

Yes, noted filmmaker Ramesh Taurani's daughter, Shena, has decided to venture into moviemaking. She has even started work on her directorial debut, which will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala.

The untitled film revolves around the evolution of Bhangra. It is being written by well-known Punjabi screenwriter, Dheeraj Rattan, who frequently collaborates with Punjabi singer-actor, Diljit Dosanjh.

"Dheeraj took me through the script and I immediately fell in love with it. We are currently working on the final draft of the script. It’s a love story of two characters with a part set in the past and another in the present time. We are gearing up to begin prep soon," Sneha says.

The film is expected to roll by mid-2018.
