Priyanka Chopra in Mumbai; might sign her next Hindi movie

After winning millions of hearts with her American TV series Quantico, India's international star Priyanka Chopra is back in Mumbai, and if sources are to be believed, she might sign her next Bollywood flick on the dotted lines.

PC was last seen in filmmaker Prakash Jha's Jai Gangaajal which hit the screen in early 2016. Since then, the actress has been busy with her Hollywood commitments and hasn't been part of any Hindi movie. Though talks of her joining hands with acclaimed director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Gustakhiyan were rife for a long time, the deal fell through due to various reasons. However, her return to Mumbai has given some hopes to her fans that are dying to see her in a Hindi film.

“Now, PeeCee is back in India on a three-day trip to finalise details of her next Bollywood project which will be announced soon,” reveals a source. According to some reliable sources, her next film could be a biopic on astronaut Kalpana Chawla, which has been in talks for a long time now.

Once her 3-day trip comes to an end, Priyanka will head to Ireland to shoot for Quantico – season 3.
