No Pagalpanti for Anees Bazmee on Eid

Anees Bazmee’s last directorial was Mubarakan which starred Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty. It was a hit at the box office and now, the filmmaker is all set to once again tickle our funny bone with Pagalpanti. Bazmee has been shooting for Pagalpanti from the past four months.

For three months, the shooting took place in London and right now, the last schedule of the movie is being shot in Mumbai. However, the director is all set to take a day off to celebrate the festival of Eid. On the day of Eid, Bazmee will be spending quality time with his family at home.

Coming to Pagalpanti, the movie stars Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Ileana D'Cruz, Kriti Kharbanda, Pulkit Samrat, Arshad Warsi, and Urvashi Rautela. It is slated to hit the screens on 22nd November 2019 and with such a great cast and Bazmee directing the film, we have a lot of expectations from it.

Talking about shooting in London, Bazmee had earlier said, “Shooting in London was not less than a roller-coaster ride. We had a few difficulties considering the weather conditions there. But I am glad to have a brilliant cast and crew and they were all very supportive and it did not affect our schedule.”

Curacao, the smallest nation by population ever to qualify for the tournament, made an encouraging start against four-time champions Germany in Houston when Livano Comenencia scored an early equaliser to give the Caribbean nation of 160,000 people its first World Cup goal.
