Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli targets Taapsee Pannu, Anurag Kashyap intervenes

A couple of days ago, the trailer of Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao starrer Judgementall Hai Kya was released. A lot of Bollywood celebs took to Twitter to praise the trailer, but if they didn’t write Kangana’s name in their tweet, her sister Rangoli started targeting them.

Taapsee Pannu tweeted, “This is so cool!!!! Always had high expectations out of this one n this looks so worth it ! ???????? #JudgementallHaiKya.”

Now this tweet of the Manmarziyaan actress grabbed the attention of Rangoli, and she tweeted, “Kuch log Kangana ko copy kar ke he apni dukaan chalate hain, magar pls note, they never acknowledge her not even a mention of her name in praising the trailer, last I heard Taapsee ji said Kangana needs a double filter and Tapsee ji you need to stop being a sasti copy ?”

Rangoli's tweet clearly means that Taapsee copies Kangana's acting. After reading this tweet of Rangoli, Anurag Kashyap tweeted, “Come on Rangoli.. this is going too far.. this is really really desperate.. I really don’t know what to say to this . Having worked with both your sister and Taapsee .. I just don’t get this ..praising the trailer means praising all aspect of it. Which includes Kangana.”

Well, we quite agree with what Anurag Kashyap has said. Taapsee has not mentioned anyone’s name in her tweet and she has praised the trailer overall. So we wonder why there’s a need of Kangana’s name to be mentioned and why is Rangoli so upset about it.

However, it didn’t stop there; Rangoli had a reply ready for Kashyap. She tweeted, “Sir you can see it’s not about mentioning Kangana so much, clearly lot of people I have thanked haven’t mentioned her, it’s just that I am tired of people taking digs at her, who is this Taapsee to claim that Kangana needs double filter. so now I am here showing everyone mirror.... I know you are working with her but please don’t get desperate without understanding the real issue ... back off @anuragkashyap72.”

A script that stood out

Ainy Jaffri steps onto the stage with Rukhsati, drawn in by what she describes as a layered and emotionally rich script. The project, written and directed by Saqib Deshmukh, has already seen earlier runs before moving to Tara Theatre.

Jaffri said the opportunity came through her co-actor Hassan Khan, and the strength of the writing made it an immediate draw, particularly as a two-hander that places sustained focus on performance.
