Hrithik Roshan joins hands with an NGO to facilitate 1.2 lakh nutritious cooked meals across India

With each passing day, the situation is just getting dangerous as new cases of Coronavirus are coming to the fore in several parts of the country. Nobody knows that how long this battle against the Coronavirus is going to be. Thankfully, several Bollywood celebrities have come forward to do their bit and help those in need in these trying times.

After donating ₹20 lakh to ensure the protection of healthcare and BMC workers who are working on the frontline in the battle against Coronavirus, Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has now decided to help facilitate 1.2 lakh nutritious cooked meals for those in need.

The actor has empowered an NGO called Akshaya Patra, which is working tirelessly on the ground to ensure that old age homes, daily wage workers and low-income groups across India get nutritious cooked meals in these tough times.

Confirming Roshan’s association with the cause, the official Twitter handle of the NGO wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter, “We are happy to share our Foundation is now empowered by Superstar Hrithik Roshan. Together we will facilitate 1.2 lakh nutritious cooked meals to old age homes, daily wage labourers and low-income groups across India, until normalcy in work routine"

"We salute the immediate help from Superstar Hrithik Roshan in providing relief and supporting the health and well-being of ALL INDIANS in need of care. We deeply thank you for your gesture.”

In return, Roshan wrote, “I wish you the power to ensure that NO ONE in our country sleeps hungry. You all are the real superheroes on ground.”

Harry Styles’ team responds after opening-show criticism

Harry Styles’ latest world tour is already making changes after fans raised concerns about obstructed views during the opening performances in Amsterdam.

The Together, Together tour introduced an open-floor stage design intended to create a more immersive concert experience. The setup allowed fans in selected areas to move within stage sections rather than remain fixed in one position.
