Four men, including two brothers, were arrested today (3) for allegedly firing at policemen near Shivaji Stadium in the high-security Lutyens’ Delhi, police said. The incident was reported last night when the four men, in their 20s, got into an argument with a cigarette stall owner and the police personnel from a nearby picket rushed to intervene. The men were enraged after the stall owner, who had closed his shop, refused to sell them cigarettes. One of the accused was carrying a gun.
