Debutante Reeva Chaudary signed on to headline ZEE TV’s next

ZEE TV, one of the leading general entertainment channels, is gearing up to launch a new show in coming days. Titled Hamari Bahu Silk, the show revolves around an intelligent, young middle-class girl Pakhi who, while searching for a job, happens to meet a girl called Natasha.

Natasha is a B-grade film heroine, who always garners compliments for her great looks and beauty, but there are also people who hate her for her rough voice. While the makers are still busy locking the entire cast, debutante Reeva Chaudary has been roped in to play the exciting character of Natasha on the show.

Confirming the development, Reeva told an entertainment portal, “I am extremely elated to make my debut with a show like Hamari Bahu Silk that has a very strong concept. My character Natasha is an actress and appreciated for her beauty but rejected for her hoarse voice. Yet she isn't one to let her good looks go waste. She will do all that it takes to make it big in the movies. This makes the character very unique and interesting to essay.  Moreover, I am really excited about my association with Zee TV and I hope to entertain the audiences thoroughly.”

Talking about the male lead, we hear that actor Zaan Khan has been finalized for the part. However, an official announcement is awaited to confirm his association with the show.
