Arjun Kapoor in talks to topline Ek Villain 2

It’s not been long when we reported that Arjun Kapoor might replace superstar Akshay Kumar in the sequel to the latter’s blockbuster comic-caper Singh Is Kinng (2008). And if fresh reports are to be believed, Kapoor may replace yet another actor in another sequel.

Buzz has it that filmmaker Mohit Suri is planning to cast Arjun Kapoor in Ek Villain 2, which will be a sequel to his 2014 film Ek Villain. The original film starred Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles.


Talks about a sequel to the musical hit have been around for a long time now. Earlier there were reports that Sidharth would return to headline the project, but now it is being reported that he might be replaced by Arjun Kapoor.

Well, we cannot believe these reports till the time the makers of the film do not make any official announcement.

Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor is presently busy with promotions of his forthcoming flick Namaste England, which also stars Parineeti Chopra. Sidharth Malhotra is filming Ekta Kapoor’s next Jabariya Jodi with Parineeti Chopra.
