Anil Kapoor roped in for Mohit Suri’s next

Evergreen Bollywood star Anil Kapoor was recently seen in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga (2019), which released almost two weeks ago on 1st February. He is currently gearing up for the theatrical release of his next film Total Dhamaal, which also stars Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit and Riteish Deshmukh in pivotal parts.

The latest we hear that the Ram Lakhan (1989) actor has been signed on for a new project. Buzz has it that filmmaker Mohit Suri has roped in him to play a prominent role in his upcoming directorial venture.


The untitled film stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani in lead roles. There are some reports which suggest that Anil has come onboard to play the antagonist in the movie which revolves around drug mafia. However, there is no official confirmation on the same.

Talking about Kapoor’s other projects, besides Total Dhamaal, which buzzes into cinemas on 22nd February, he will also be seen in the Anees Bazmee-directed comic-caper Pagalpanti, which is currently being shot in London.

Aamir Khan and his partner Gauri Spratt are reportedly preparing to formalise their relationship with an intimate wedding ceremony on July 5.

According to reports, the couple have chosen a low-key celebration at home rather than a lavish event, with only immediate family members and a handful of close friends expected to attend.
