Trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore to be out on THIS date

Nitesh Tiwari, whose last film Dangal broke all the records at the box office, is all set for his next directorial titled Chhichhore. The movie stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles and has Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Prateik Babbar in pivotal roles. The movie revolves around friends and friendship, so the makers have decided to launch the trailer on Friendship Day.

While talking about launching the trailer on Friendship Day, Tiwari told a daily, “Chhichhore is a light-hearted tribute to relationships and a large chunk of it revolves around the friendship that is unconditional, unapologetic and timeless. I couldn’t have asked for a better day to show a glimpse of this friendship to the world.”

Chhichhore is slated to release on 30th August 2019 and on the same day Shraddha Kapoor’s Saaho will also hit the screens. There were reports about Chhichhore getting postponed to 6th September 2019, but there’s no official announcement about the new release date. Talking about the change in the release date, the director said that the producers will decide about it. He said, “They are more experienced than me in this matter to decide what needs to be done. And I completely trust their expertise.”

With trailer coming out on Friendship Day, the movie will just have around a month to create a buzz. Tiwari said, “With a number of releases lined up in the weeks to come, it makes sense to have a concentrated short burst rather than a scattered long one. More and more producers are migrating toward this approach.”

It will be for the first time when we will get to see Sushant and Shraddha on the big screen together. The first poster of the film had the actors donning two different avatars and it had surely made us curious to know more about the film. By the way, now we wait to see whether it will clash with Saaho or the clash will be avoided.
