Student Of The Year 2 moves to a new release date

Student Of The Year 2, which kick-started its shoot earlier this year in Mussoorie, is progressing at a brisk pace. The movie is being headlined by Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Pandey.

Earlier, SOTY 2 was slated to hit the silver screen on 23rd November, 2018, but now the makers have decided to push the film to mid-2019. Yes, the Puneet Malhotra directorial will now arrive in cinemas on 10th May, 2019.

Karan Johar, the producer of SOTY 2, took to this Twitter page and announced, "There is a NEW DATE for #SOTY2!!!! The admissions are now in summer 2019!!! Watch this space! @punitdmalhotra @iTIGERSHROFF @DharmaMovies @apoorvamehta18 @foxstarhindi," he wrote.


In his another tweet, he revealed the new release date. “Summer 2019!!!! 10.05.2019 !! 10th MAY 2019! Summer gets hotter!!! @punitdmalhotra @iTIGERSHROFF #Ananya #Tara @apoorvamehta18 @DharmaMovies @foxstarhindi #StudentOfTheYear2,” read his tweet.

Student Of The Year 2 is a sequel to Student Of The Year (2012) which launched the careers of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra in Bollywood.

Netflix has offered fans an early glimpse of Scooby-Doo: Origins, its upcoming live-action take on the beloved franchise, and the series appears to be taking the gang into darker territory than previous adaptations.

The newly released footage shows Scooby-Doo running through woodland near a summer camp before crossing paths with Shaggy, setting up the friendship that would eventually become one of the most recognisable partnerships in popular culture.
