Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar set to clash with two biggies?

Yash Raj Films’ upcoming movie Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar has been waiting for a theatrical release for a long time now. Earlier, the Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer was set to roll into cinemas in 2018. However, despite being pushed a couple of times last year, the film is yet to make its entry into theatres.

The latest we hear that the makers at YRF have decided to release the much-delayed film on 1st March, 2019. If that is true, then the audience needs to prepare itself for yet another big Bollywood clash at the box-office.

If Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar hits theatres on 1st March, the film will have to face not one but two films at the cash counter as Sushant Singh Rajput’s dacoit drama Sonchiraiya and Kartik Aaryan’s romcom Luka Chuppi release on the same sate.

Luka Chuppi, produced by Dinesh Vijan, brings together Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan for the first time. Sonchiraiya also brings the fresh pairing of Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar. The trailers of both the films have been released and are getting good response from the audience.

It will be interesting to see if Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar releases on 1st March or the movie will be deferred once again. The flick is directed by award-winning filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee for Yash Raj Films.
