S.S. Rajamouli gives his nod to two projects. Get all the deets here!

Acclaimed filmmaker SS Rajamouli, who became an international force to reckon with after directing Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion, has given his nod to two films.

Post the phenomenal success of Baahubali film series, the majority of people were thinking that the director will direct another epic historical fiction drama, but it seems that Rajamouli is in a mood to try something different in his next. According to reports, his next will be a social-drama film.

In an interview to Variety, Rajamouli said that he will first direct a film for producer Danayya. Reportedly, the director had promised to work with Danayya even before making Baahubali. So, to honour his commitment, he will first helm a film for the producer.

Talking further about the project, Rajamouli said, "I don’t know which language it is going to be in and who is going to be in the cast, yet. I have committed to Danayya and that will be my next."

After completing this untitled film for Danayya, Rajamouli will join forces with Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu for his next project. This film will be produced by K.L. Narayana and will mount floors in 2019.
