Nina Wadia set to appear in Strictly Come Dancing 2021

ACTRESS Nina Wadia is part of the Strictly Come Dancing 2021 line-up, it has been confirmed.

The former EastEnders star will join an array of other contestants, including actor Greg Wise, BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker and comedian Robert Webb. The popular BBC show, now in its 19th season, sees celebrities’ team up with choreographers to compete in a dance competition.

“I am so scared,” Wadia said after the announcement. "I like dancing like no one's watching. So, we just need to blindfold the judges and I'm going to win.”

The Goodness Gracious Me comic added: "A lot has happened in the last couple of years, and I just want to grab life by the balls and enjoy it.”

Former Strictly contestants include journalists Naga Munchetty and Anita Rani and celebrity doctor Dr Raj Singh.
