New release date of Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer Love Story announced

Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer Love Story is one of the most awaited Telugu films of the year. The movie was slated to release in April this year but was postponed due to the second wave of Covid-19 in India.

Now, on Wednesday (18), the makers of the film announced its new release date. The Sekhar Kammula directorial will release in theatres on 10th September 2021 which also marks the festival of Vinayaka Chaviti (Ganesh Chaturthi).

Naga Chaitanya took to Twitter to make an announcement about it. He tweeted, “This Vinayaka Chaviti is Extra Special! #LoveStory releasing in theatres near you on Sep 10th ! #LoveStoryFromSep10th @sekharkammula @Sai_Pallavi92 @pawanch19 @SVCLLP #AmigosCreations @AsianSuniel @adityamusic @NiharikaGajula @GskMedia_PR.”

Love Story is a romantic musical, and the songs of the film have received a great response. The track Saranga Dariya featuring Sai has received more than 300 million views on YouTube.

With the Covid-19 situation getting better in India, theatres are reopening in a few states, and many filmmakers are announcing the new release date of their movies. Bollywood film BellBottom became the first Hindi movie to release in theatres in the country post the second wave of Covid-19.

Talking about other films of Naga Chaitanya, the actor will be seen in movies like Laal Singh Chaddha and Thank You. Laal Singh Chaddha, which stars Aamir Khan in the lead role, will mark Chaitanya’s Bollywood debut.

Meanwhile, Sai Pallavi will be seen in films like Virata Parvam and Shyam Singha Roy.

DDLJ director Aditya Chopra earns UK Stage Debut Awards nod for 'Come Fall in Love'

BOLLYWOOD filmmaker Aditya Chopra was last Thursday (21) named among the nominees of the UK Stage Debut Awards for his Come Fall in Love – The DDLJ Musical, performed at Manchester’s Opera House earlier this year.

The 53-year-old, from Holloway, north London, faces four counts of sexual activity with a 14-year-old and two charges involving a 15-year-old girl, including sexual assault and assault by penetration. He has denied all the charges.

Legal case filed in Bharatpur

Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are facing legal trouble after an FIR was filed against them in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The complaint, registered on 25 August at Mathura Gate police station, also names six Hyundai officials.

The case stems from allegations made by Kirti Singh, a Bharatpur resident, who claimed his Hyundai Alcazar SUV, purchased in 2022 for more than ₹23 lakh, developed serious technical issues within months. He further alleged that repeated attempts to get the company to address the problems were unsuccessful.
