Nakuul Mehta set to bankroll his next digital series

Actors going behind the camera and trying their hands on some of the other realms of showbiz is not new. We keep hearing about actors donning a producer or director’s hat every now and then. And the latest actor who recently entered such club was television’s heartthrob Nakuul Mehta.

According to reports, Nakuul, who is known for wooing audiences’ hearts with such hit shows as Pyar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara and Ishqbaaaz, is set to produce a new web-series after turning producer with a sitcom called I Don't Watch TV for Arre.


Reportedly, the actor has joined hands with one of the leading production houses, Swastik Productions, for his second venture as a producer. There is no update on the subject of the untitled web-series yet.

More details are expected to be revealed soon.

Bruce Willis will always be associated with John McClane, but Die Hard is hardly the only place where the actor made his mark on the thriller genre.

Across the 1990s and 2000s, Willis moved between time-travel mysteries, supernatural dramas, neo-noirs and action thrillers, often using the same understated intensity that made him such a recognisable screen presence. Rotten Tomatoes scores show that some of his most highly regarded work came when he stepped away from the role of the conventional action hero.
