Jacqueline trains herself in Mixed Martial Arts for Race 3

Stunningly beautiful Jacqueline Fernandez is ready to do everything in order to perfect her part in the much-awaited film Race 3, a sequel to Race.

The actress, who has also been a part of Race 2, has some high octane action sequences to perform in the third part of the Race series. And to get into the skin of her character, the actress has started training hard in MMA.

“I believe learning something new for my roles not only helps me add value to the character I am playing but also adds another dimension to my personality as it is something that stays with me forever,” she says.

Jacqueline was last seen in A Gentleman opposite Sidharth Malhotra. Despite receiving decent reviews, the movie could not cast any magic on the audience and turned out to be a box office dud. Leaving the failure of the film behind, the actress is completely focused on her next film.

Also starring Salman Khan, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah, Race 3 is being helmed by Remo D'Souza. The film is slated to release on Eid next year.

A script that stood out

Jaffri said the opportunity came through her co-actor Hassan Khan, and the strength of the writing made it an immediate draw, particularly as a two-hander that places sustained focus on performance.
