HH Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji launches free oxygen drive

LEADING Indian spiritual leader His Holiness (HH) Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji has launched an initiative to provide oxygen cylinders free of charge for homecare patients in Rishikesh and nearby areas.

“The biggest need of the hour is to bring these cylinders directly to the patients’ homes because their recovery is in the early stages and may be accelerated with the help of oxygen,” the head of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram in north India, said.

“Only with the help of oxygen can patient recovery be accelerated, and we are coming forward to help you at this critical time,” HH Pujya Swamiji added.

A Parmarth Niketan ambulance has begun delivering supplies of free oxygen cylinders directly to patients’ homes through the auspices of Parmarth Niketan and the Divine Shakti Foundation.

“Everyone has to be united to deal with this heart-wrenching crisis because no one can be safe until every person is safe. We must all come to the rescue to save humanity from the suffering of this crisis. The service of humanity must be our purpose, whatever the sacrifice.

It is not a time to be fearful or confused. We must serve and help as much as possible,” HH Pujya Swamiji added.
