Harold Benjamin acquires the London Law Practice

HAROLD BENJAMIN has announced its acquisition of The London Law Practice (TLLP) as on December 31.

TLLP was established in 2011 by Bhavini Kalaria to provide bespoke, cost-effective, legal solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), covering commercial and corporate, commercial property, employment, immigration, commercial litigation, and private client matters.


TLLP has built a strong reputation over the years working for businesses in London and abroad.

With offices in Central London and Harrow, Harold Benjamin is widely acknowledged as one of the UK’s leading real estate legal practices.

Operating for over 65 years, in the past 10 years the firm has seen even more rapid growth and expansion with key hires in all real estate, business law and private client departments.

Reliance halts Russian oil imports at export refinery amid global pressure

Reliance Industries, owned by billionaire Mukesh Ambani, has stopped importing Russian crude oil for its export-only refinery at Jamnagar in Gujarat.

Reliance said the move aims to comply with an EU ban on fuel imports made from Russian oil through third countries, which takes effect next year. It also aligns with US sanctions on major Russian oil producers Rosneft and Lukoil, set to take effect on Friday.

"This transition has been completed ahead of schedule to ensure full compliance with product-import restrictions coming into force on 21 January 2026," Reliance said in a statement.
