Fans, rejoice! Aditi Sharma to join the cast of Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka 2

Actress Aditi Sharma impressed everyone with her powerful performance in Colors' popular show Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka. However, the show was later shifted to OTT platform Voot, where it failed to draw audiences and shut its shop midway.

Months after going off-air on Colors, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka returned with season 2, which again premiered on Voot. The latest update on the project is that Aditi Sharma, who played the female lead in the first season of the show, is set to be back on season 2 with a bang.

The first season starred Aditi along with Shakti Arora and Drashti Dhami. The second season features Tejasswi Prakash, Kunal Jaisingh and Aneri Vajani in lead roles. The show was nearing its end, but the latest we hear that it has been given an extension and Aditi will also be back as Mauli.

Confirming the development, Aditi Sharma said in a statement, "My role is going to be very interesting and the audience will see me at all the important junctures in the show. Mauli will be like a guiding light to Mishti and others during testing times in their lives.”

The actress went on to add, “Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka has always been very special to me and it feels great to be back on the sets. The second season of the show is doing very well and the leads of the show Tejasswi, Aneri, Kunal and Jayaji are doing a fabulous job. I am certain that I am going to have a wonderful experience and I would like to thank our production house and VOOT for bringing such compelling stories to the viewers.”
