Aishwarya Rai Bachchan confirms giving nod to her next

Though Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is not seen in films more often these days, her fans keep waiting to get her glimpse on the big screen with bated breath. If you are too a fan of her, rejoice. We have got an interesting piece of news for you.

After putting up an appearance in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s production Fanne Khan (2018), the former beauty queen was set to star opposite husband Abhishek Bachchan in Anurag Kashyap’s Gulab Jamun.


However, the much-talked-about project could not take off on time due to various reasons and now we hear that the duo has walked out of it.

Aishwarya has now signed a new film and the news has been confirmed by her only. However, when she was asked about the details of her next movie, she said she would want the producers to make the official announcement.

“Normally when it comes to announcing my future projects, I leave it to the prerogative of my directors and producers. I have just very recently okayed a wonderful script and idea and character. So, I’ll let them make the announcement,” said Aishwarya.

The actress went on to add that the film will start rolling towards the end of the year. “And that is to start much later this year,” she informed.

The Devdas (2002) actress also revealed that she is about to hear another script based on a true-life incident. “There is also another true-life episode, the story and idea that I found interesting and will be hearing it soon. So, if there are announcements, you will surely get to know”.
