Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer War is one of the most awaited films of the year. A few weeks ago, the makers had released the teaser of the film and it received a great response. There was never-seen-before action in the teaser, and Hrithik and Tiger looked super hot in it.
Now we are sure fans of both the actors are excited for the trailer of the film. When a big film is all set to hit the screens, it is expected that the makers will have a grand trailer launch event. However, the makers of War have decided to not have a trailer launch event and the reason behind it is that they feel the event won’t be able to match the film’s scale. Now that’s something interesting.
While talking to a news agency, director Siddharth Anand said, “An event for a film like this needs to be at par with what we are promising to audiences and it’s impossible to create this spectacle from an event logistics point of view. So, we have decided to scrap the idea of the launch and want to leave audiences with only the visuals of the trailer. We are very excited about the trailer. It’s a big asset and we are hoping audiences will love what they see.”
War is produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films and also stars Vaani Kapoor and Anupria Goenka. The movie is slated to hit the screens on 2nd Oct 2019.
In the film, Tiger and Hrithik are pitted against each other and when the teaser of the film was released, both the actors on Twitter were challenging each other with their tweets. Tiger had tweeted, “@iHrithik, your moves may be a little rusty, let me show you how it’s done!” To this Hrithik had replied, “You’re just starting out in a world I’ve mastered, @iTIGERSHROFF. Take a seat!”
Well, we are super excited for War.
