Sanjay Dutt signs Satyajeet Dubey for a three-film deal

Superstar Sanjay Dutt launched his production house, Sanjay S Dutt Productions, in 2017. The first film which he produced under the banner was Bhoomi, wherein he also played a very important character. His second offering as a producer was Prassthanam (2019), which hit the marquee last week.

Apart from producing films, Sanjay S Dutt Productions has now started mentoring talent. The latest actor that will be mentored under their tutelage is Satyajeet Dubey, who played Sanjay Dutt’s younger son in Prassthanam.

We hear that Sanjay Dutt has signed a three-film deal with Satyajeet Dubey. Reportedly, Dutt’s wife Maanayata Dutt saw great potential in the young actor. He reminded him of the quality of late veteran actor Vinod Khanna and hence, she decided to take him under their wings.

Confirming the development, Satyajeet Dubey says, “Sanju sir has treated me as one of his own. He and Manayata Ma’am have been incredibly kind and generous, always showering me with great love and warmth. I have gone from being someone who was new to him when we began this journey and now, I’m glad I’m close to Sanju sir and that itself is a great moment for a fan child like me. I am looking forward to another opportunity of working with them in the near future. We are yet to lock the project but it’s in the planning stage. It’s been surreal for me.”

Talking about the upcoming projects of the actor, Dubey already has a time travel finite series in his pocket. The project was announced recently and it stars the actor in the lead role. It will blend in science fiction and mythology with the narrative tilting in the comic space. The actor is also doing a web-show, which is yet to be announced.
