Salman Khan's next Bharat goes on floors

Looks like that the word 'break' does not exist in superstar Salman Khan's dictionary. The megastar is yet to shoot a special song for his upcoming film Race 3, but we hear that he has already started shooting for his next venture, Bharat. To be directed by hit filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, with whom Salman has worked in blockbusters Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai, the movie mounted the shooting floor today in Mumbai.

Bharat is the official Hindi remake of the popular Korean movie Ode to My Father which revolves around the history of Korea from the 1950s onwards and would show Salman Khan sporting five different looks.

Talking about the female lead of the movie, no name has been announced officially. But some insiders reveal that Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra both can come onboard to lead the cast with Salman Khan.

Bharat is being co-produced by Bhushan Kumar and Atul Agnihotri under T-series. The music of the film is being scored by Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani while lyrics are penned by noted songwriter, Irshad Kamil.

The film is slated to hit screens on Eid next year.
