Rishi Kapoor & Juhi Chawla to reteam after 18 years

According to reports, seasoned actors Rishi Kapoor and Juhi Chawla are set to join forces once again. Last seen together onscreen in Rakesh Roshan’s romantic thriller Karobaar (2000), both the actors are reuniting after a massive gap of 18 years.

A premier Bollywood trade magazine reports that Rishi and Juhi have been signed by a debutant filmmaker for an upcoming film. The duo will play the role of husband and wife in the untitled movie.


In their heydays, Kapoor and Chawla have delivered a number of hit films together, including Eena Meena Deeka (1994), Saajan Ka Ghar (1994), Rishta To Ho Aisa (1992) and Bol Radha Bol (1992), to name a few.

An official announcement regarding their next project is awaited.

Meanwhile, Rishi Kapoor is receiving rave reviews for her impassioned performance in Anubhav Sinha’s Mulk. Juhi will next be seen with Anil Kapoor in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.

Yung Filly told a court he "fancied" the woman accusing him of rape when they first met at a nightclub in Perth, as the rapper gave evidence in his trial in Western Australia.

The 30-year-old, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, took the witness stand at the District Court of Western Australia on Monday. He is accused of sexually assaulting a then 20-year-old woman in his hotel room after performing in Hillarys, a coastal suburb of Perth, in September 2024. Barrientos has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
