Producers queue up to sign Abhishek Bachchan after Manmarziyan

Abhishek Bachchan is undoubtedly not a bad actor, but his selection of scripts is not always as good as it should be. Ever since he made his acting debut with Refugee in 2000, he has starred in many films, but most of them turned out to be duds at the box-office, corroding his focus as an actor. But it looks like his last release Manmarziya (2018) has changed a lot for the actor.

After staying away from films for a few years, Abhishek Bachchan had his date with box-office with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s critically acclaimed film Manmarziya. The movie helped critics see Junior Bachchan in new light. Not just critics, audiences also poured in a lot of appreciation.

After winning raves for his performance in Manmarziya, Abhishek is reportedly now getting some interesting offers from several filmmakers. Currently, he has two projects in his pocket and the count is expected to rise in coming days.

The actor will soon be making his digital debut with the second season of Amazon Prime’s Breathe. After Breathe, he will reteam with wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on celluloid for a film titled Gulab Jamun.

“Abhishek is getting some interesting offers and he is in no mood to pick scripts just for the heck of it. He has chosen some great projects for now and his dates are blocked,” a well-placed source revealed.
