Luv Ranjan’s Ajay Devgn & Ranbir Kapoor starrer to release on Christmas 2020

After the huge success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), everyone is waiting for Luv Ranjan’s next directorial which stars superstar Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles. The film reunites Kapoor with Devgn after their 2010 political thriller Raajneeti and hence, everyone is quite excited about the new venture.

The yet-to-be-titled project will take some time in mounting the shooting floor as both the leading men are busy with their respective films at the moment. Ajay is currently shooting for Indra Kumar’s Total Dhamaal, while Ranbir has started filming Karan Johar’s mega-budgeted Brahmastra.

Though the movie is yet to begin production, we hear Ranjan has zeroed in on a suitable date to release it. Yes, if insiders are to be believed, the Ajay-Ranbir starrer might release on Christmas 2020, almost after two and a half year from now.

While releasing a film around the festivities of Christmas has always proved to be quite beneficial for Hindi filmmakers, it will be interesting to see how much success Luv Ranjan’s film gets, because his is not the only film coming around that time; filmmaker Rakesh Roshan will also be releasing the much-awaited Hrithik Roshan starrer Krrish 4 on Christmas 2020.

Looks like another big box-office battle is on the cards.

The Divine Feminine: Prashasti Singh talks power, pressure, and laughter

Highlights:

  • Prashasti’s comedy comes from real-life stories, not just punchlines.
  • The show explores modern women chasing success but still feeling unfulfilled.
  • She quit a secure corporate job and jumped into comedy.
  • Stand-up made her stop being scared of talking to people.
  • People laugh together at the same everyday problems.

Prashasti Singh started her stand-up terrified of speaking in public. “I was very conscious of my language, my pronunciation, my accent. I thought stand-up wouldn’t be my thing,” she says. But her first open mic changed that. “It felt like I was among a bunch of sisters, a bunch of friends. I just forgot all my nervousness. It came out very naturally.”
