Kareena Kapoor set for a sizzling item number in Dabangg 3?

With preparations for the next instalment of the successful film franchise Dabangg going on in full swings, rumours are rife that Kareena Kapoor Khan may return to burn the dance floor once again with yet another sizzling dance number in Dabangg 3.

The diva had set the temperature soaring with her sensuous, foot-tapping item number ‘Fevicol Se’ in Dabangg 2 (2012), which had got the entire nation gyrating to its electric beats and catchy lyrics. Dabangg (2010), the first instalment of the series, also had a super energetic song which was filmed on Malaika Arora.

Taking the tradition forward, the makers are planning to film yet another high-energy song for Dabangg 3 and who better than Kareena Kapoor Khan to add a lot of oomph in it!

A source reveals, “Ashwami Manjrekar, Sonakshi Sinha and Salman Khan are already in the cast and other actors too have been pencilled in for their roles. The film is set to roll in March and sets are going to be put up at the earliest.”

The source goes on to add, “‘Munni Badnaam Hui’ was a chartbuster in Dabangg and ‘Fevicol Se’ was a highlight in Dabangg 2. Keeping with the trend, it was important that there is a blockbuster number in the film and what better name than Kareena to add the oomph needed.”

Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan is presently busy with her upcoming film Good News. She will soon start shooting for Karan Johar’s much-awaited period drama Takht.
