Kangana Ranaut: I have a record of never starting a fight, I will quit Twitter if anyone can prove otherwise

Kangana Ranaut is undoubtedly one of the most controversial personalities in the Hindi film industry. While of course she is known for her amazing performances on the big screen, she is also famous for her Twitter wars or her war of words with the other Bollywood celebs. We can clearly say that the actress has taken a lot of pangas in her real life.

However, Kangana recently tweeted that she is not the one who starts the fight and if someone can prove her wrong she will leave Twitter. The actress tweeted, “I may come across as a very ladaku person but it’s not true, I have a record of never starting a fight, I will quit twitter if anyone can prove otherwise, I never start a fight but I finish every fight. Lord Krishna said when someone asks you to fight you mustn’t deny them.”

Well, from the past few months, especially after Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, Kangana has been having a war of words with many Bollywood celebs. A couple of months ago, in an interview, she had stated that Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhasker are B-grade actress.

A few days ago, Kangana had also done derogatory tweets about Jaya Bachchan. Recently, in an interview, she went on to say that Urmila Matondkar was never known for her acting. She called Urmila a ‘soft porn star’.

Talking about Kangana’s movies, she has films like Thalaivi, Dhaakad, and Tejas in her kitty. She will also be directing a film titled Aparajita Ayodhya.

TroyBoi returns to his Indian roots with Rootz EP using Lata Mangeshkar’s voice to redefine British diaspora music

Highlights:

  • TroyBoi’s five-track EP Rootz is a personal return to the sounds of his childhood, released via Ultra Records in September 2025.
  • The single Kabhi uses an officially cleared sample of Lata Mangeshkar’s vocal from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
  • Collaborations with Amrit Maan, Jazzy B and BombayMami plug Punjabi, Bhangra and south-Asian textures directly into modern trap and bass production.
  • This EP is part of a wider wave: British artists born into diasporas are using heritage not as garnish but as foundation.

Some albums hit you in ways you don’t see coming. Rootz is one of them. Not just another trap EP. TroyBoi, the London-born producer known for global bass and trap, has made something that’s also deeply personal. He didn’t just want to make music that bangs in clubs; instead, he wanted to reach back to the India of his childhood. And he did it with Rootz.

The track everyone’s talking about is Kabhi. Because it’s not just sampling Bollywood. Lata Mangeshkar’s voice was officially cleared for use on a non-Bollywood release, a milestone reported by multiple outlets. It’s history. It’s memory. And it’s a bridge.
