We all knew that Janhvi Kapoor will be seen in IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena’s biopic. The actress’ look from the film was also leaked. However, the makers had not yet announced the film officially. Finally, the movie has been announced and the makers have unveiled first look posters of the film which is titled as Gunjan Saxena – The Kargil Girl.
Karan Johar, who is co-producing the film with Zee Studios, took to Twitter to unveil the posters. Check out his tweets here…

Apart from Janhvi Kapoor, the film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Vineet Kumar, and Manav Vij. Directed by Sharan Sharma, Gunjan Saxena – The Kargil Girl is slated to release on 13th March 2020.
During the Kargil War of 1999, Gunjan Saxena an IAF pilot flew into the war zone and became the first lady IAF officer to do this. She was awarded Shaurya Chakra for the same.
Gunjan Saxena – The Kargil Girl will be Janhvi Kapoor’s second outing on the big screen. The actress made her Bollywood debut last year with Dhadak. Apart from Gunjan Saxena – The Kargil Girl, Janhvi has films like Dostana 2, RoohiAfza and Takht in her kitty.
