Gul Khan’s Raaz Mahal likely to go on-air in July on Star Plus

Gul Khan, who got her start in the Indian television industry with the 2010 show Geet, has emerged as one of the most successful producers in a decade. Over the years, she has produced a series of successful shows like Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, Qubool Hai, Ishqbaaaz, Kulfi Kumar Bajewala and Nazar.

The latest we hear that she is coming up with yet another interesting show. According to reports, she will soon launch a horror series called Raaz Mahal. Talking about the star cast, we hear that Ishqbaaaz star Leenesh Mattoo will romance Kaleerein actress Aditi Sharma in the show. Gul Khan is planning to launch Raaz Mahal towards July-end on Star Plus.

“Star (Plus) is very keen on making sure Raaz Mahal gets a headstrong start and is currently contemplating the time slot for it. It will mostly be a weekend show which will go on air mostly by July-end. The team is currently wanting to give the best time slot for Nach Baliye and Raaz Mahal which will both be a weekend show. Raaz Mahal will also be launched sometime around Nach Baliye,” a source in the know reveals to a popular entertainment portal.

Meanwhile, Gul Khan’s other show Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji is garnering good audience response these days. The show was recently in the news when its female lead Jasmin Bhasin quit it as she did not want to play a mother.

Pop star Charli XCX has said she feared her label might drop her over her chart-topping Brat album. Album came out June 2024 and no one expected much. But it blew up and the whole year was basically Brat season. “I actually made this record being like, ‘OK, I’m just going to do this one for me. Maybe I’m going to get dropped by my label and that’s fine’,” she told Paltrow.
