Five Bollywood actresses with amazing singing talent

The innocent beauty of Bollywood - not only has she proved that she can act her socks off but she’s also had her singing debut with none other than the Oscar-winning musician, A R Rahman. The youngest daughter of Director Mahesh Bhatt, Alia is surely a young actress with a great singing talent.  She made her singing debut with Sooha Saaha for the movie Highway which wowed the audience. After that, she sang Main Tenu Samjhawan for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Ikk Kudi for Udta Punjab that became instant hits as well.


Shraddha Kapoor

Daughter of the yesteryears actor Shakti Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor is known for her amazing performance in her movie Aashiqui 2. She is one of the talented actresses of Bollywood. Her duet with the singer Ankit Tiwari for the song Sun Raha Hai Na Tu which was from the same movie got to be a big hit. She also sang for her movies “Ek Villain” and “Haider”.

Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra is undoubtedly one of the best actresses of this generation. Her acting skills are proof of that. But she is not restricted to acting as she can sing very well. She sang “In My City” and “Exotic”. These songs were widely appreciated.

Madhuri Dixit

The Queen of smiles is loved for her dance moves and power-packed performances. She has ruled the hearts of people across the world. In fact, she also lent her voice in a semi-classical song called Kaahe Chhed Mohe with Kavita Krishnamurthy and Pandit Birju Maharaj from the movie Devdas which captured the hearts of millions. It is said that the song wouldn’t have been as mesmerizing if it were not sung by Madhuri.

Sonakshi Sinha

One of the most recent entrants into the bandwagon of actors who can sing is Sonakshi Sinha. She made her singing debut with the song, Let’s celebrate in the movie Tevar. She has also sung Rajj Rajj Ke with Vishal Dadlani for Akira. The daughter of Shatrughan Sinha surely has some talent and has been in news lately because of her singing skills.
