TELEVISION icon Hina Khan’s winning performances have won her fans around the world, including Maryam Mansoor and Kripa Banka from Pakistan and India respectively. Their love for the talented actress led them to set up a fan club dedicated to her. Eastern Eye caught up with them to find out more.

What made you set up the fan club?


The Hinaholics fan club was set up after becoming huge fans of Hina Khan. We felt the need for a fan club that could be used as a platform to unite all the Hina fans as they

come from different places.

Tell us about your fan club.

The fan club works as a medium where we share pictures, videos or anything that Hina

does. Then we collectively fan girl over it!

What has been your most memorable moment?

The most memorable moment has to have been getting noticed by Hina on multiple occasions .

What is the best thing about Hina Khan?

The best thing about Hina is her commitment and dedication to whatever she sets her mind to. From being an amateur actress to one of the highest paid stars and recognised without any background in the field shows us how hard work can do wonders.

What is your favourite work of Hina’s?

Our favourite work has to be Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, but nevertheless she killed it in Khatron Ke Khiladi, so that too.

Tell us an interesting fact about Hina that people might not know.

An interesting thing about Hina is that she believes she is a bathroom singer, but we think she is one of the finest singers in the world and can actually just switch to singing.

What is your definition of a true fan?

A true fan is someone who stands by their favourite celebrity through the ups and downs and provides unconditional support in whatever way possible.
