Bhumi Pednekar all set for a hattrick

2019 has been a great year for Bhumi Pednekar. The actress started the year with Sonchiriya which unfortunately failed to make a mark at the box office. However, Bhumi’s performance was appreciated a lot.

She was then seen in Saand Ki Aankh, a movie based on the life of Shooter Dadis, Chandro Tomar and Prakashi Tomar. The movie released on Diwali this year and did a decent business at the box office. After Saand Ki Aankh, Bhumi starred in Bala which went on to become a blockbuster.

And currently, Bhumi is ruling the box office with Pati Patni Aur Woh. The actress plays the role of Patni in the film and has impressed one and all with her act. In two days, Pati Patni Aur Woh has collected Rs 21.43 crore. It is clearly heading to be a hit at the box office. So, we can say that Bhumi is all set for a hattrick this year with three hits, Saand Ki Aankh, Bala and Pati Patni Aur Woh.

Bhumi stated, “It has been an incredible year for me as an artist. I have done such a variety of roles that it has been creatively satisfying. I hope Pati Patni Aur Woh becomes a big hit to cap my year on a hugely positive note. I have only strived to give something new to audiences in theatres and I thank them for their support and love towards my films and acting.”

In 2020, we will get to see Bhumi in some interesting films like Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship, Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare, Durgavati, and Takht.
