Anubhav Sinha to next direct Pavitra Papi

Right after the smashing success of his courtroom drama Mulk (2018), starring Rishi Kapoor and Taapsee Pannu, filmmaker Anubhav Sinha had started shooting for a multi-starrer titled Abhi Toh Party Shuru Huyi Hai. Now since he wrapped up the film recently, the director has started working on his next project.

According to reports, Sinha will next direct a film titled Pavitra Papi. Since the project is still in its early stage, no major details have come out. The casting of the film will begin only after the script is locked.


Talking about Anubhav Sinha’s upcoming release Abhi Toh Party Shuru Huyi Hai, the movie offers a satirical take on the circus of coalition politics in India. The project is backed by Sony Pictures Networks Productions (SPNP).

The ensemble star cast of the satirical film includes Saurabh Shukla, Pankaj Tripathi, Vinay Pathak, Pavan Malhotra, Kumud Mishra, Manoj Pahwa, Dilip Prabhavalkar, Cyrus Broacha, Prateik Babbar, Richa Chadha, Divya Dutta, and Shriya Pilgaonkar.

Earlier Abhi Toh Party Shuru Huyi Hai was scheduled to release in 2018, but now it will hit screens this year. The official release date is expected to be announced soon.

Harry Styles’ team responds after opening-show criticism

Harry Styles’ latest world tour is already making changes after fans raised concerns about obstructed views during the opening performances in Amsterdam.

The Together, Together tour introduced an open-floor stage design intended to create a more immersive concert experience. The setup allowed fans in selected areas to move within stage sections rather than remain fixed in one position.
